We want to sell the house. It was my idea really. We are just too lazy to give this beautiful house the care it deserves. So I have come up with a masterful idea. We are going to buy property within 20 miles of where our respective works are located. At least 3 acres. Would like mostly wooded property, I would like a creek, and mostly flat. Then we will build 2 little houses. Going to go from the 2700 square footage to about 1000 for each house. One for the hubby, girls and I. One for the SIL and her zoo. I have already found the perfect house. I am madly in love with it and if I didn't have dial up I would so post it so you all can see it. It's just so beautiful. SIL has her master house plan as well. It is a good deal more rustic than ours. Mine is a cottage. It will be nice if this plan works. It is going to take an awesome amount of will power to start saving now to pull this off. We already have a tentative buyer as well. We just need to wait while she saves as well. If this goes as I am praying and planning, our house payment should be the exact same as we pay now. But we will have two brand new houses (green built) and the neighbors will be farther away. I really want this to work. Tomorrow we are headed to town to look at some house designs...I really want the one I already chose though.
The girls are well. We went swimming today and Bug was able to float by herself on her back. I am so proud of her. She didn't even freak out when people were splashing all around her. Hooray. Goober had NO FEAR. She was pushing people out of the way saying "cuse me" and yelling "please" to grab the floaties out of people's hands. I had to reprimand alot. Our YMCA has this pole with four huge buckets that fill up with water and then when they get to heavy they dump water on you. Well I didn't realize that they had turned them on, when Goober went chasing after a ball. Well the water is up to her chest ( I am standing next to her) when BAMM! This bucket just hits her square on the head. It pushed her down under the water and I just reach over and pick her up. Now the family next to us lets out this OHMYGOSH collective disapproving gasp. Goober on the other hand is laughing her head off and yelling at me to let her go. I do and off she goes again. I was half tempted to stick my tongue out at the family but I didn't. I had a baby to chase down.

That is very exciting news - about the house plans, not the water on the head. I am sure if it is that important to you, you will find a way to make it work. I can't wait to see pictures someday!
I'm bummed for selfish reasons - I love that house! But I'm also really excited for you guys to find a house that's yours and fits what you need.
Much love, miss you! xo
