Well, Bug's first two weeks of school went well. She managed to behave herself well enough, so that I didn't recieve a phone call home. She can't remember her new friends' names but she can certainly tell you what they were wearing! I think it is funny that a little girl can rememeber so much...then let you know that while what the other girls were wearing was indeed very pretty, it was not as pretty as her dress.
Goober missed Bug the entire first day, in which Hubby and I took the day off, she spent the entire time asking where Bug went. I was very cute when we picked them up and Goober went running up to Bug and gave her a big hug and kiss. Of course, Bug was quite angry at us because we wouldn't let her eat lunch at school. Oh well, she gets to eat lunch there tomorrow.
We have started potty training with Goober. It is going as well as can be expected with a stubborn little snot! She goes when she wants to and only then. If you ask her if she wants Dora panties or a diaper...95% of the time it is a diaper.
The biggest loser contest has started at the YMCA for me. I am doing fairly well. I have done this program called: Couch to a 5k. It teaches those who can't run worth crap how to do a 5k in 3 months. I have completed week 1 and feel pretty good. My first weigh in was icky though. I only lost a pound. So I am striving to do a lot better. I am going to take the girls to the track and have them jog around with me. And speaking of the Biggest Loser, the show has started and I am totally rooting for the yellow team! I love this show so much.
Hubby and I have been trying to find some land somewhere. We want at least 5 acres, he wants trees and I want a creek that you can play in. We thought we had found a piece, but alas, it didn't quite have the forest that hubby wanted...Plus, for Matt and Camille, it would have been a b*tch for you to find. Although, it did have a nice river going through it. Oh well, back to the old drawing board.
