I am convinced that the language that Goober speaks is actually Gooberese. Just my thought...anyway...I have always said that my children will be spoiled, polite, but spoiled. To prove my point Goober can say thank you and she says it well and in the right context. It is just so funny to have a 18 month old say "Tank U" when you finish changing her diaper. She also expects you to be polite to her in return. This means that she will glare at you saying "tank u" over and over till you say "your welcome." Just a funny little girl.
On the Bug front, sadly to say, Melinda cannot be found. Melinda is a very special blonde bear that Aunt Camille and Uncle Matt bought the girls. Blonde for Bug and brown for Goober. Melinda and Katie. These are the only animals (and there are alot) to have definate names. Everyone else interchanges but Melinda and Katie are to stay. Melinda went AWOL last Thursday and short of calling in search and resue she has not been found. So being the good mommy I am I will be visiting the Gund website and seeing if I can find a new Melinda. Now, I won't be able to get away with "FINDING HER" so Bug will have to help me find her. Yeah, it feels good to trick a three 1/2 year old.
Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get Bug to eat? She doens't want to be big and strong, or grow up, she wants to stay small and beautiful forever! I am so glad I am blonde and people won't be able to see my gray hairs.
